AM I ELIGIBLE?

Southern Shoalhaven meal delivery services are available to senior residents and younger people with a disability and their carers. To be eligible for these services, you must reside in the Southern Shoalhaven area and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Aged 65 years or over
• Aged 50 years or over and identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
• Have a registered disability
• Primary carer of someone with a registered disability

HOW DO I REGISTER?

If you are 65 years or over (or 50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), we require a referral from the government organisation, My Aged Care. If you are under the age of 65 (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and living with – or caring for someone with – a registered disability, we require contact from your support co-ordinator.
